The terms

• Information on this site, including photos, service descriptions and any prices or offers, is general information about our work. It is not a quote. Your written estimate and contract set the price, scope and schedule of any job.
• Warranties are only those written in your contract and those offered by product manufacturers. Nothing on this site adds to them.
• When you submit our contact form, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. Text messages are sent only if you check a text message consent box or text us first. See “Text messaging terms” below.
• The photos, words and logos on this site belong to A1 or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
• Links to other websites, such as review sites, social media and financing companies, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
• We may change the site or these terms at any time by posting an update here.
• These terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia.

Text messaging terms

• Program name: A1 General Contracting text messages.
• You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages from A1.
• What you will receive: messages about your estimate request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on your project, only if you check the non-marketing consent box; marketing messages about seasonal offers, home maintenance reminders and special promotions, only if you check the marketing consent box. Each box stands on its own: check either, both or neither. If you text us first, we may reply to that message.
• Message frequency varies with your request, your project and the options you choose.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at a1generalcontractingllc@gmail.com or 304-244-0288.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any estimate, purchase or service.
• Your mobile information and text message opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.buildwitha1.com/privacy, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
